Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .

1st step:

Open a new tab in Mozilla Firefox with the key combination [Ctrl] + [T] or with the " + " at the top and enter about: support in the address bar .

2nd step:

Reset the browser by clicking on "Clean Firefox ". In earlier versions the function was also called " Reset " or " Restore ". Alternatively, you can also click on " Restart with deactivated add-ons ... " try to solve the problem. Then only all of your installed extensions will be deactivated.

3rd step:

Confirm the process with " Clean Firefox ". When you restart the browser , your settings will be imported again . This includes: bookmarks, history of visited websites and downloads (surf / download history), passwords, open windows and tabs, cookies, data for form autocompletion and your personal dictionary.
