You cannot delete your account yourself on eBay Classifieds. We'll show you how you can remove your account anyway..

In order to delete your own account on eBay classifieds, you have to contact the support via a contact form . Unfortunately, eBay has not yet integrated the function of manually deleting your account. But here we will show you how to delete your account by sending a short message to support.

Delete eBay classifieds account via the browser

1. Open the eBay Classifieds Contact Form page .
2. If you are already logged in, your email address will appear automatically. Otherwise, log in.
3. Select " General Inquiries " as the subject of the message .
4. Enter a short text in the text field for " Your message " so that eBay Support can delete your account. You can write a text yourself or copy our given sample text . To make sure that the assignment of the e-mail works, we also state this in the text.
5. Then click on " Send ".
6. After your request has been processed, which according to eBay can take up to 3 days , you will receive a confirmation of the deletion by email.

1st step:

Open the eBay Classifieds App and click " Mine " in the lower right corner

2nd step

Then tap on the gear symbol in the upper right corner to get to the settings.

3rd step:

Now tap on the option " Go to Help ".

4th step:

You will now be redirected to the eBay Classifieds Help page. Here tap on the option " I would like to have my user account deleted ". If the option is not displayed directly, use the search field.

5th step

Select " General inquiries " as the subject . Then enter your email address . In the text field below for " Comment " you can either copy our sample text or enter your own text. Activate " I am not a robot " and enter the required captcha. Confirm the deletion with " Submit ".

Android

1st step:

Open the eBay Classifieds app and tap the three- dash menu in the top left ( ☰ ).

2nd step:

Go to the bottom point " Help " in the menu .

3rd step:

Then tap the " Go to Help Center " option .

4th step:

You will now be redirected to the eBay Classifieds Help page. Here you select the option " I would like to have my user account deleted ". If you don't see the option right away, enter " delete " in the search box .

5th step:

First select " General inquiries " as the subject in the drop-down menu . Then enter your registered email address on eBay Classifieds . Enter our sample text or your own text in the text field below for " Comment " . Activate " I am not a robot " and enter the required captcha. Confirm the deletion with " Submit ".
