1st step

Press the key combination [Windows] + [R] to open the Run window. Enter the command " sysdm.cpl " and confirm with " OK ".

2nd step:

The " System Properties " open . Click the " Change " button here .

3rd step:

You now have the option to change your computer name. To do this, enter your desired name in the field under " Computer name: ". Note: The computer name may only contain letters, numbers and hyphens! Then acknowledge twice with " OK " and restart your computer again .
