2nd step:

Select the " Desktop Website " entry . For other browsers, this option may have a different but similar name. You will then be redirected to the desktop version of Facebook.

3rd step:

As in the usual desktop version, you can now click on the chat icon . Here you can exchange messages with your contacts via the browser.
