Taking a screenshot with the iPad is very easy. The keys you have to press for this are marked in the picture below. Follow our step-by-step guide to quickly get your screenshot:

  1. Simultaneously press the home button (bottom center) and the power button (top right) on the iPad.
  2. The iPad display lights up briefly as a signal that an image of the current screen has been taken.
  3. A small thumbnail now appears in the lower left corner . Tap on it to edit the screenshot or send it directly. If you tap on " Done ", you will also be asked whether you want to save or delete the screenshot .
  4. If you do not click on the thumbnail, it will disappear after a short time and the screenshot is "automatically in the iPhone gallery at All photos " and " screenshots " saved.
