If you want to install programs or make changes to the system without this warning, you can activate the built-in administrator account in Windows 10. 1st step:

Right- click the Windows logo in the lower left. In the context menu that opens, select " Windows PowerShell (Administrator) ". When prompted, enter the administrator password .

2nd step:

Now enter the command net user administrator / active: yes .

3rd step:

If successful, you will receive the message: " The command was executed successfully" . If you want to undo the process, enter net user administrator / active: no .
