You have two options when it comes to continuing the text in Word on a new page. The first option is to press the Enter key until the new page appears. This approach is time consuming and will later create problems with the formatting in your document. The second, preferable option is to have Word insert a fixed page break directly.

Now select the " Insert " tab in the menu bar . Then click on " Page break ". Alternatively, you can insert the page break directly using the key combination [Ctrl] + [Enter] . To separate the text within the Word document, click on the corresponding point in the text and carry out the process.

Tip : If you want to display the page breaks in your document, Word offers the option to display the paragraph marks. To do this, click on the paragraph symbol under " Start " or press [Ctrl] + [*] .
