In Microsoft Excel, the ribbon can be easily shown and hidden with a keyboard shortcut. A hidden menu can improve clarity. Or maybe you accidentally hidden your menu and now want to see it again? Follow our guide.

Hide Excel menu

The Excel menu is reduced to a minimal format with the key combination [Ctrl] + [F1] . If you now click on one of the tabs, its content is displayed, but the bar disappears automatically after an action.

To display the Excel menu again, you only have to press the key combination [Ctrl] + [F1] again. You should now be able to see it in full again.
