1st step:

You will find the " Extras " tab in the menu bar at the top . Open it and then click on " Count words ".

2nd step:

You will now see the word count for the entire document. You can close the window again by clicking on " OK ".

1. Open your finished OpenOffice document or enter your text.
2. Click on the " Extras " tab at the top of the menu bar.
3. Then select " Word Count ".
4. You will now see all the words in the document. You can close the window by clicking " OK ".
