Would you like to change the password for logging on to your Windows PC? We'll show you how it's done..

As a Windows user, you will be asked for a password by default when you log in . You have defined this for your account beforehand. If you would like to change this password, simply follow our instructions.

1st step:

Open the Windows settings with the key combination [Win] + [I] . Alternatively, you can click on the Windows icon at the bottom left and select the gear icon . Now click on " Accounts ".

2nd step:

Select " Login Options " in the menu on the left and then click the " Change " button under " Password ".

3rd step:

Now enter your current password and click on " Next ".

4th step:

Now create a new password and confirm it. Then enter a password hint that reminds you of the new password. Then click on " Next ".

5th step:

If all entries are correct, your password has now been successfully changed . Click on " Finish " and immediately use the new password when logging in.

2. In the Windows settings click on " Accounts ".
3. Select " Login Options " from the menu on the left and click " Change ".
4. Enter your current password and then click " Next ".
5. Now you have to enter your new password twice . Then click on " Next ". The password has now been changed and you can use it when you log in again.
