You can share your Google Calendar with other people. This gives these people access to your appointments and tasks. You can determine whether the person only sees your appointments or whether they can edit the calendar themselves. In the following we explain how to share your Google Calendar with others:

How to share your Google calendar with other users

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .

1st step:

Log in to your Google account with your credentials . Then open the Google apps using the icon with the small boxes. Then select " Calendar " from the menu .

2nd step:

Your Google calendars will now be displayed on the left. Open the menu of the calendar that you want to share with another person. To do this, go with the mouse on the corresponding calendar name and click on the three-point menu . Now select " Settings and Sharing ".

3rd step:

You will now be redirected to a new page where you can share your calendar with a specific person. Click on " + Add People ".

Now enter one or more e-mail addresses of the people who should have access to the calendar. In the permission settings you can choose which actions the person is allowed to perform in your calendar. Finally, click on " Send " to send out the invitations for approval.

Note: If the person you want to share your calendar with is not using Google Calendar, you can make your calendar public..

  2. Now go to the Google apps in the top right corner . To do this, click on the symbol with the nine small boxes.
  3. Select " Calendar " there with one click.
  4. Open the three-dot menu to the left of the calendar that you want to share with another person . Here click on " Settings and Sharing ".
  5. You will now be redirected to a new page where you can share your calendar with a specific person. Go to " + Add people " below .
  6. Enter the email addresses of the relevant people.
  7. Now you can choose which authorizations the person should have.
  8. Then click on " Send ".
