Part 1: Solution for Unable to Connect on iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch

Check Date & Time on iOS Device

First, make sure the date and time and the time zone on your iOS device are correct. Open Settings > General > Date & time . If it is not correct, turn off Automatic adjustment and set the time and time zone manually.

Update iOS software to the latest version

Make sure the iOS software on your iPhone / iPad / iPod touch has been updated. Go to Settings > General > Software Update on your device. Check network connection
