Have you accidentally deleted an email from GMX? You can easily restore them..

This can happen to anyone: you empty your inbox at GMX and accidentally delete an important email. But there is no need to panic. Because as long as the e-mail is still in the trash, you can restore it in no time at all. In this article, we explain exactly what you have to do.

How to restore GMX emails

1st step:

Log in to GMX and click on the " E-Mail " button in the menu above to get to your mailbox.

2nd step:

Now click on the " Deleted " entry on the left to open the recycle bin .

3rd step:

Now select the emails that you want to restore. The box on the left allows you to select multiple emails . Then click on the " Move " button and select a folder from the drop-down menu to which the mails are to be moved - e.g. back to the inbox. The selected e-mails are then located in the corresponding folder.

Note: Deleted emails that have already been removed from the recycle bin and thus permanently deleted can no longer be restored!

quick start Guide

1. Log in to GMX and open your mailbox using the " E-Mail " button .
2. Then click on " Deleted ".
3. Now select all emails that should be restored and click on the " Move " button above . Now select a folder to which you want to move the mails.
