If you format a text in Microsoft Word in justification, the spacing between the individual words is adjusted so that each line is the same length. This gives your text precise margins and a clear structure. And it's actually very easy to use justified justification in Word. We'll explain how to do that here.

How to justify your text

1st step:

Select the text that you want to justify. You can also make these settings before you start writing your text. Click on the tab " Start " under " paragraph " to the last symbol with the lines. Alternatively, you can also use the key combination [Ctrl] + [B] .

2nd step:

Your text has now been justified. You can undo this setting by clicking the symbol above again or by pressing the key combination [Ctrl] + [B] .
