It's easy to change the theme in Chrome. We'll tell you exactly how here..

A light theme is set by default in Google Chrome. But if you're not a fan of light designs and prefer to use a dark one, here's how to change the theme in Chrome.

How to set Dark Mode in Google Chrome

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .

1st step:

Click on the three dots in the top right to open the browser menu and select " Settings ".

2nd step:

Now scroll down a little to the " Appearance " category and click on " Designs ".

3rd step:

You are now in the Chrome Web Store , where you can download extensions and themes for Chrome. You can now enter " dark " in the search bar or scroll down to " Dark and Black Designs ".

4th step:

If you like a theme , click the " Add " button . The theme will then be downloaded and activated automatically.

5th step:

If you would like to undo the process , go back to the settings and click " Reset to default settings " under " Designs ".
