1st step:

Switch to the " Answers " tab to view them online. The number next to the tab title represents the number of survey participants. In the example it is " 12 ". In addition, the frequency distributions are already displayed as a diagram under " Summary ". By clicking on the green table symbol you will automatically create a Google Doc table in which all the answers are listed.
Note: You can also display the individual completed questionnaires for each participant. To do this, click on " Single view ".

2nd step:

image
Click on the three-point symbol and then on "Download answers" to have the answers available offline on your computer as an Excel file.

Disable your Google Docs survey

If your survey has a specific deadline and you do not want to accept any more responses after the deadline, you do not have to delete the survey immediately. You can also deactivate the switch next to " Answers possible " in the " Answers " tab . All the answers that have already been received will then remain and participants who subsequently open the link to the survey will no longer have the opportunity to take part in your survey.
