If you have imported a special font into Microsoft PowerPoint, it will not be adopted when you save it. The font is actually not related to your presentation, but is stored in the system files of your installed version of PowerPoint. If you still want to use the file with the correct font on another computer, you can embed the font used in the storage file.

A new window is opening up. Go to the " Save " area here . At the very bottom of the " Keep accuracy when sharing this presentation " section, you can check the box next to " Embed fonts in the file." ". This is how your own fonts are adopted when you save the PowerPoint file. In the area below you can make another selection: Would you like the characters used to be included in your presentation? This is useful if you do not have a finished presentation further edit, but only want to present. This also keeps the ultimately saved file as small as possible. Select the appropriate option. With the other option " Embed all characters ", all inserted characters are adopted - even if you may not use them at all Your presentation can be edited afterwards using the same font.
