Would you like to export the appointments from your Google Calendar but don't know how? We explain it in detail here..

You can export all appointments from your Google Calendar. You can then use the file as a backup or to import your appointments into another calendar. We explain how to create this file here.

How to export your Google Calendar

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .

1st step:

Log in to Google Calendar with your Google account . If you do this on a PC , you cannot export appointments via the app!

2nd step:

Now click on the gear symbol in the upper right corner and then on " Settings " to open the calendar settings.

3rd step:

Now click on " Import & Export " in the list on the left .

4th step:

Under the " Export " category , you can now see all the calendars for which you can export your appointments. Click on the " Export " button on the right . An ICS file of your appointments will now be created and downloaded automatically. You can usually find the file in your download folder afterwards.
