1st step:

Open the Windows settings with the key combination [Windows] + [I] .

2nd step:

Click on " System " to get into the system settings .

3rd step:

Under the " Notifications and Actions " category, deactivate the switch for " Receive tips, tricks and suggestions when using Windows ".

4th step:

Then click on " Home " in the upper left corner .

5th step:

Now scroll down a bit and click on " Personalization " to get to the personalization settings .

6th step:

Go to the “ Lock Screen ” category and select “ Image ” as the background , if it isn't already. You can then switch off the advertising on the lock screen with the switch under " Show entertainment, tips and more from Windows and Cortana on the lock screen ".

Under the " Start " category, deactivate the switch for " Occasionally show suggestions in the start menu ". You have now switched off all forms of advertising in Windows 10.
