The PowerPoint included in Microsoft Office offers the option of adding notes to each slide. These can of course also be printed out together with the transparencies. Incidentally, the presenter view is also a great way to view notes during the presentation. Here we show you how to use the presenter view in PowerPoint.

Print notes from PowerPoint slides

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .

1st step:

In PowerPoint, open the Notes window. You can get there by clicking the " Notes " button at the bottom . You can enter comments on the respective slides in the notes window . When you have entered all the notes, click on the " File " tab in the upper left corner .

2nd step:

You will find various settings in the " Print " tab . Just below " Slides: " is a drop-down menu that is usually set to " Full Page Slides ". Click on it and switch it to " Notes Pages ".

You can see in the print preview on the right that your slides and the associated notes will be printed. Change any other settings as needed, and then click Print . Your slides will now be printed out together with the notes.

quick start Guide

  1. Open PowerPoint and type in your notes.
  2. Now click on the " File " tab in the menu bar.
  3. Select " Print " and click the first button below " Slides: ", which normally says " Full Page Slides ". Change them on " Notes Pages ".
  4. Now click on " Print ". Your slides will now be printed out with the associated notes.
