Open PowerPoint and click on the " File " tab in the upper left corner .

In the new window you have to select the " Language " tab on the far left . You will now be presented with a lot of different options, at the top you can customize the editing language . This includes, for example, the languages ​​that are then recognized by the spell checker. At the bottom left you will find the display language . Usually this is adapted to the Windows language. Click on another language of your choice and then on " Set as default " to display the PowerPoint interface in that other language. At the bottom right you can do the same for the help language to do. This only changes the language in which the information and the help menu are displayed. When you have finished editing the language, click OK .
