Open Outlook and click on " File " in the upper left corner .

Click on " Browse ... " and select the file to be imported. Then you determine whether duplicates of your contacts should be created. There are three options to choose from: With the option " Replace duplicates with imported elements ", the contacts already in Outlook are replaced by duplicates from the file to be imported. If you select the option " Allow duplicates to be created ", Outlook creates duplicate contact entries for the existing contacts. The last option " Do not import duplicates " prevents contacts that already exist in Outlook from imported from the file.
