Insert smileys into mail using symbols

You can also easily insert emojis using the Outlook icon menu:

1st step:

Switch to the " Insert " category in Outlook . Then right click on " Symbol " and then go to " More symbols ... ".

Now select " Segoe UI Emoji " as the font . Then find the icon you want, click on it, then hit " Insert " so that the icon you selected appears in the email.
