Securely delete Android smartphone - that's how it works

1st step:

Before you start anything, you should have your data in a backup back up - perhaps you need the deleted data were yet. In this article we will explain how you can create a backup.

Next, you should delete your account links and log out of all apps, e.g. Facebook or email . To do this, call up the Settings menu . There you select the sub-item " Accounts " under the menu item " User " . It is important that you do not accidentally open " User " in the " Device " menu . You need a Google account again so that iShredder can be downloaded from the Playstore. IShredder is a program that securely deletes your data in the free basic version . As long as you do not have any high-security data on your mobile phone, this basic version is completely sufficient.

Now open the downloaded iShredder app. Choose which data you want to delete . After pressing " Next ", you decide on a deletion method . The program recommends an erasure method based on your data. Now press " Summary & Delete " so that your data will be deleted.
