In hectic everyday life it can happen that you send an email that contains errors, is not very tactful or was sent to the wrong recipient. You can retrieve such a message in Outlook. However, there are two prerequisites: the recipient must not have opened the message yet and the e-mail must have been sent and received on the same Exchange server. If the above requirements are not met, you will unfortunately not be able to retrieve the e-mail in Outlook. In addition, the callback function is not available in the Outlook mobile app.
