The Vodafone Pass allows you to use your favorite apps without using up data volume. Good to know: With the current Red and Young tariffs, you can even book a Vodafone Pass of your choice free of charge. All other pass options cost € 5 per month each. Activate Vodafone Pass in the MeinVodafone app
You can conveniently activate the Vodafone Pass directly via Vodafone's in-house app. If this is not yet installed on your smartphone, you will find the download links for Android and iOS here . Then follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .
1st step:
Open the MeinVodafone app and tap on " Vodafone Pass ". 2nd step:
Now select either the Chat Pass, the Video Pass, the Social Pass or the Music Pass by scrolling right or left. Once you have made up your mind, tap on " More info ". 3rd step:
The first Vodafone Pass is free depending on the contract. Therefore, ask Vodafone beforehand which contract you have and whether a pass is included free of charge. The selected pass is activated via " Add now ". In our example, selected chat apps would be usable without using up data volume. The price for additional passes is € 5 per month. Call up the customer portal via vodafone.de . Enter your user data and click on " Login ". 2nd step:
Open the relevant contract. In the case of the Vodafone Pass, you have to click on " Mobile phone contract ". 3rd step:
It continues over the " Vodafone Pass ". 4th step:
Now either select a free pass or book another pass, such as the Vodafone Social Pass. To do this, click on " Select " under the selected pass . 5th step:
Confirm by ticking the checkboxes that you have read the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. The pass is activated via " Book now " and you no longer need any data volume for the corresponding apps. Quick guide: App
- Open the MeinVodafone app and select " Vodafone Pass ".
- Then choose the pass you want and click on " More info ".
- Finally, you can activate the pass via " Book now ".
- From now on, for example, data volume is no longer used for social apps if you have activated the social pass.
Brief instructions: customer portal
- Call up the customer portal via vodafone.de .
- Enter your user data and click on " Login ".
- Now go to your mobile phone contract and select " Vodafone Pass ".
- In the next step, click on " Select " under the desired pass .
- Use the checkboxes to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy.
- The pass is then activated via " Book now ".
