Select a cell you want in Excel. Then go to the " Insert " category at the top and click " Links ".

You can now enter the URL of the desired website in the " Address " text field . At the top of " Text to be displayed " you can edit the link text that appears in your Excel workbook.

3rd step:

Instead, you can also enter the file path of a desired file or document on your computer in the " Address " text field . Here, too, you have the option of adapting the link text via " Text to be displayed ". Click OK when you're done.
