Smartphone app

Open the Google Maps app on your smartphone and tap the search bar at the top to search for a destination .

Your location is automatically recognized and specified as the starting point . You can also change it, if necessary, by tapping on it and specifying the address you want. Google will then suggest the most optimal route for you. To change the mode of transport , you can tap on the different options under the destination. You can now start the navigation or make further settings:
