Amazon's subsidiary Audible is one of the largest audio book providers in Germany. Due to the large selection of audiobooks, it can happen that you make a mistake with your purchase decision. For this purpose, Audible has introduced the Like-Me-Guarantee. This allows the user to return and exchange audio books. You can do this via the Audible website or the iPhone app.

General information on returning audio books

• To return it, you must have an active Audible subscription and have purchased the audiobook within the last 12 months.
• In the event that you purchased the audiobook with credit, you will be reimbursed the credit after it has been returned.
• In the case of individually purchased titles, you will be reimbursed the purchase price to your stored payment method.
• After multiple returns, you may not be able to exchange any more titles online. If so, you can contact Audible directly by phone, chat, or email to make additional returns.
• Android users can return their audiobooks in the web view.

Return the Audible audiobook on the PC

1st step:

Log in to audible.de with your account details . Then click on your name and then on " My Account ".

2nd step:

Then go to " Orders and monthly fees ".

3rd step:

Next to the audiobook you want to return, click Return Title .

4th step:

Finally, select a reason for the return and click on "Return title " again.

1st step:

Open the Audible app on your iPhone and tap " Profile " at the bottom .

2nd step:

Srollen you down and tap the " My account " on the " orders ".

3rd step:

Under your orders, select the audiobook that you want to return.

4th step:

Now tap on "Return title ".

5th step:

Then select a reason for the return and tap "Return title " again.

1. Sign in to Audible, click your name , then click My Account .
2. Then go to " Orders and monthly fees ".
3. Select the relevant audiobook and click on "Return title ".
4. Enter another reason and then click on " Return title " again.

1. Launch the Audible app and tap " Profile " at the bottom .
2. Under the " My Account " tab, tap on " Orders ".
3. Select the audiobook and tap on "Return title ".
4. Provide a reason and tap Return Title again .
