Does your PC support Hyper V?

First you need to download the Coreinfo command line tool developed by Microsoft : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/coreinfo . Open after downloading your "folder Downloads " and after so you .zip file . Make a right click on it and select " Extract All ... ".
