Note: If you change your email address, you will be automatically logged out on all devices. You then have to log in again with the new e-mail address as the new login ID..
1st step:
Visit the Sony login website and log in with your old credentials. You are now in the overview of your account. Click on " Security " on the left . You will be redirected to a new website. You may have to confirm this forwarding again. 2nd step:
You can now click on " Edit " to the right of " Login ID (email address) " . 3rd step:
Now set a new e-mail address and click on " Save ". In order to actually use the new address, you will receive a confirmation email there. In this you have to click on " Verify Now ". Then you have successfully changed your linked email address. From now on, this is also the username when registering. By the way: you can also change your email address on the PS4. To do this, open the settings and go to " Account Management ", then " Account Information " and finally " Login ID ". After entering your password, you can now save a new login ID in the form of an email address.
