Firefox lets you save your passwords to make the process of logging in to websites easier..

If you keep logging into websites and hate entering your credentials every time, just use Firefox's password manager. After you have entered your login details, the browser asks you whether they should be saved. If you do not receive such notifications, we also explain how to reactivate them.

Show dialogs for saving passwords

By default, the prompt for saving passwords is activated. However, if you accidentally deactivated the option, you can reactivate it very quickly:

Open Firefox and click the three-stroke menu in the top right corner . Then select the entry " Settings " from the menu .

Now switch to the " Privacy & Security " category on the left and scroll down to the " Access data and passwords " section. Now make sure that the option " Ask whether access data and passwords for websites should be saved " is ticked.

Save passwords in Firefox

Saving passwords in Firefox is very easy. As soon as you enter access data on a website, a dialog box appears. Simply click on the " Save " button here . The password and username can then be found in the Firefox password manager.
