Here we explain to you how this works via the website or app, a simple credit top-up by direct debit or bank transfer or even at the post office counter. Quick top-up of the credit
You can top up your credit quickly online or in the app. To do this, you need to have a bank account on file with Blau.
Desktop
Open the website https://www.blau.de/mein-blau/ and log in there with the appropriate access data. In your "My Blue Area" you can then select any amount or even enter your own amount. Then click on " Top up now " to add the amount to your balance immediately..
App
Open the app on your smartphone. In the " Credit " area you can select a desired top-up amount under " One-time quick top-up". With " Top up now " the amount will be added to your credit immediately.
Redeem a prepaid card
You can buy prepaid cards in grocery stores or drug stores. With the purchase you will receive a receipt on which you will find a 12- or 16-digit code. Simply call 1155 on your mobile phone and select option 1 to enter the code. You can also redeem the code by entering * 103 * top-up code # . Top up credit via bank transfer
Simply send an SMS with the content " Bank " to 56656 . There are no fees for this. You will then receive an SMS with Blau’s bank details and a personal reference. You can then transfer an amount of your choice to the bank account. Make sure that the intended purpose is correct so that the credit top-up can be carried out without any problems. Incidentally, the personal purpose remains the same if you top up the credit using this method in the future.
Top up credit via SMS
If you activate this option, you can top up your credit quickly by sending an SMS. You must have a valid bank account with Blau for this.
