Activate synchronization of Google Photos

1st step:

In Google Photos, tap your profile picture in the top right corner . You can already see from the small cloud symbol whether the synchronization is switched on.

With " Activate backup " you can save individual pictures and videos in your Google account. To activate general synchronization, you have to tap on " Google Photos Settings ".

Go to " Back-up & Sync " in the settings .

Now you have to set the gray switch by tapping it on the right / blue. This will automatically turn on synchronization and upload your pictures to Google Drive. Now you can access all the images saved through Google Photos on all devices. The synchronization is active.

quick start Guide

  1. Open the Google Photos app and tap your profile picture at the top .
  2. With " Activate backup " you can set which individual photos should be backed up via Google Drive.
  3. Otherwise you have to activate the " Back-up & Sync " option via " Settings " . To do this, tap the point and then set the slider to the right / blue.
  4. Now your pictures will always be uploaded to Google Drive when you are connected to the internet. Images that you save in Google Photos from another device are then also downloaded directly to your smartphone. The synchronization is active.
