Would you like to save the tabs opened in the browser for the next time? Here we show you how to do it..

The current project is not always completed as soon as the computer is switched off. It can therefore be useful to save the current Internet session. You even have two direct options for doing this in Firefox.

Save the complete Firefox session

With this option you save each individual tab as a combined session. You can call them up again at any time. You can access the session again and again, but you can also open other things in the meantime.

1. For this you have to use the key combination [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [D] . Firefox now combines the tabs in a folder.
2. You can determine the storage location of the bookmarks folder yourself. Then click " Add Bookmark " to save your current Firefox window as a bookmark.
3. To open the tabs now, you have to click on the folder with the mouse wheel or right-click on it and select " Open all in tabs ". Then all saved tabs will be opened automatically.

This is how you can save a session as a bookmark. You can then reopen it at any time.

Firefox also offers you another option: You can enable the last opened session to be reloaded when you close and reopen the browser. This method is particularly recommended if you are working on a project without having to regularly switch to other tabs in the browser:

1. Click on " Tools " at the top and select Settings from there.
2. Open the settings with the menu item " General ". Right at the top you will find the " Start " section. Here you have to tick " Restore previous session ". This automatically opens the tabs when Firefox is started that were open when the window was closed.
