Open WhatsApp and go to settings . For an Android device, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and then on " Settings ". For an iOS device, tap on " Settings " in the lower right corner .

Now go to the notification settings. Under Android you will find them in " Notifications " under iOS with " messages ".

Set individual notification tone
