If you want to back up your Firefox bookmarks, there are two options: Back up them so that only Firefox can access them. Or you can save the Firefox bookmarks in an HTML file so that you can then import them into another browser.

Export bookmarks and save as HTML file

1st step:

Open Firefox and click the three-line menu in the top right. Now select " Library " here.

2nd step:

Navigate at the bottom via " Bookmarks " to " Manage Bookmarks ". Alternatively, you can open the bookmark manager directly using the key combination [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [O] .

3rd step:

Click " Import and Save ", then select " Export Bookmarks to HTML ... ".

Now choose a location for the HTML file with your bookmarks. If you want, rename the file and then click " Save ".
