It is important to keep track of your transactions and payments. That's why you can download records of your buying and selling activities from PayPal . Either in a monthly or quarterly format. You can easily find this account statement in your PayPal account.

How to download a PayPal account statement

Note: You can only request the account statement in the browser, not in the PayPal app.

1st step:

Open PayPal in your browser and log in there with your access data. On the home page, click on " Activities " at the top .

2nd step:

Now go to the three-line menu " Accounts " at the top right.

3rd step:

Then select " User-defined ".

4th step:

You can now make the required settings here. Select a " Transaction Type ", the " Date Range " you want and the " Format " in which you want to download the account statement. Then click on the " Create report " button to request the account statement.

5th step:

Depending on the size of the requirements area, it may take a while to prepare your statement. You will then be notified by email when your PayPal account statement is available for download.

6th step:

Then click " Update " and then " Download " to save the statement.

5. Then click on " Create report ".
