You can have two different names on Snapchat. The username you used to register your account cannot be changed. However, you can change the display name that is shown to other Snapchat users at any time. You can find out how to do this in this article.

Change Snapchat display name

Note: Your new name will only be shown to users who have not yet been added as friends. Your existing friends will still see the old name. If users have also saved you as a contact in their address book, they may see your address book name.

1st step:

Tap in the Snapchat app top left of the figure .

2nd step:

In your profile, tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner to get to the settings.

3rd step:

Under " My Account " tap on " Name ".

4th step:

Now enter your new display name and finally tap on " Save ". Your new name will now be displayed in your profile.

1. In the Snapchat app, tap the account button in the top left to go to your profile.
2. There, tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner to open the settings.
3. Under " My Account ", tap " Name ".
4. Enter the new display name . Finally, tap on " Save ". The new name is now in your profile.
