If you often use the same tabs in your browser, you can have them restored automatically when you start the browser instead of having to go through the hassle of having to go back to each website individually. In Mozilla Firefox you can restore sessions once or automatically every time you open the browser.

Automatically restore previous sessions in Firefox

You can activate the Firefox settings so that the last opened tabs should be restored each time the browser is started:

Under " General " you will then find the option " Restore previous sessions " at the top . Simply activate this so that a tick appears in the box in front of it. The changes are saved immediately. As soon as you restart Firefox, all previous tabs will be opened automatically.

Restore the last Firefox session manually

In addition to automatically restoring your browser windows, Firefox also offers the function of manually restoring your last session. This is useful if, for example, you accidentally closed the browser. This way you can easily bring back all tabs, even if you did not activate the option to restore the last session in the settings.

To do this, just click on the burger menu in the upper right corner . You will then see the option " Restore previous session " in the menu . Click on it and all the tabs of your last session will open.
