1st step:

Open the Word document and select the top of the Ribbon, use "Tab Layout" and then click " Margins ".

2nd step:

You can now select the desired page margin dimensions. The following predefined settings are available in Word: Normal, Narrow, Medium, Wide and Mirrored. Click the option you want. Would you like to set up, however, custom page margins, click below on " Custom Margins ."

3rd step:

A new window is opening up. Enter the desired margins for top, bottom, right and left and confirm with " OK ". The document is now automatically formatted with the new margins.

quick start Guide

  1. Select the " Layout " tab in the ribbon .
  2. Now click on " Margins ".
  3. Either select from Word's predefined margins or click on " Custom margins " to be able to set up a custom margin.
  4. Define the dimensions for top, bottom, right and left.
  5. Confirm the new format in Word by clicking " OK ". The document now automatically adjusts the margins.
