  1. Using the USB cable that came with your phone, connect the phone to the computer.
  2. If necessary, on the phone, slide the bar state down to open the screen Notifications , tap USB connected , then press the notification USB ... .
  3. On your computer, Windows Autoplay will connect to the computer. Click Open folder to view files > OK when the option appears. Other transfer options may appear depending on what software you have on the computer, such as Samsung Kies, Microsoft applications, etc.
  4. When the Removable Disk window appears, click Open folder to view files > OK . Multiple file folders (which are on your phone) will appear:
    • One of the folders has the files stored in the memory of your phone.
    • One of the folders has the files saved on your SD card.
  5. Locate the folder that contains the files saved on your SD card and click to open it.
  6. Take one of the following actions:
    • Move files from computer to SD card
      1. Find the files you want to move from your computer.
      2. Cut / copy and paste the file / s from your computer to your SD card. You can also drag and drop items.
    • Move files from SD card to computer:
      1. Before you start, keep in mind that it may be useful to create a folder on your computer to save the files you move from the SD card.
      2. Locate the files you want to move in the SD card folder.
      3. Cut / copy and paste the file / s from your SD card to your computer. You can also drag and drop items.
  7. When you're done, safely disconnect your phone from the computer (for example, tap the Disconnect from PC option on the phone).
