Like any newly launched mobile application for iOS or Android, PUBG (Playerunknown's Battleground) is not without some errors that prevent it from working perfectly and therefore a user experience that is a bit far from expected. Specifically, the official app of the PUBG game, which has had a major success, has suffered a series of errors, among which the following stands out: “Internet Error: 154140712”. This error prevents playing the popular game entirely.

The requirements to play PUGB are quite basic since practically all you need is an internet connection and a compatible Android or iOS device. The Playerunknown's Battleground game does not have a game mode in which the use of the Internet is not necessary. PUBG is a totally online game, so if we do not have an internet connection or suffer from the " Internet Error ", we will not be able to play..

If when we open the PUBG app, we receive the “ Internet Error ”, it means that we will not have access to the Playerunknown's Battleground game servers which are necessary to be able to play. This error can occur for several reasons, some of them very easy to solve since these may be due to your connection and not to the PUBG application. That is why first of all, when we receive this error, the first thing will be to check a series of parameters that we show you below:

- Check that your internet connection works correctly and is stable.

- Your internet speed and ping are reasonably good for playing a multiplayer online game..

- Check that you are playing through a Wi-Fi internet connection and not through the mobile network as this may be the cause of the error. Wi-Fi connections are generally more stable and powerful, allowing PUBG to be played in a more robust and error-free manner.

- Make sure the Playerunknown's Battleground game app for iOS or Android is updated to the latest version..

If you meet these prerequisites and still continue to experience the “Internet error” error, it means that the Internet error in the PUGB mobile app on both iOS and Android is related to the DNS server your ISP uses. This, for some reason, is having trouble connecting to the game's servers. The solution is to use a different DNS server such as the popular Google DNS . That is, if we change the DNS service of our mobile device, we may solve the problem and we can play PUBG.

Having said this, we show you how to change the DNS of your mobile device, either on iPhone or Android, to solve the " Internet Error " error in the PUBG game:

Solve “Internet Error. Please check your network and try again. Error code: 154140712 (tap tcandel to exit game) ”in the PUBG app on Android.

The first thing we will have to do is unlock your Android device and access the Settings application. Once inside you should go to the connections section and then click on the Wi-Fi option.

This will display a list of all found WI-FI networks including the one you are currently connected to. Then tap and hold on the name of the WiFi network. This will bring up a small menu with various options in which you will have to select the option Manage network settings.

Now a small window will be displayed in which you will have to check the option: Show advanced options . This shows another larger window in which you will have to click on IP Settings. Here you must replace DHCO with Static. Doing this will show the DNS 1 and DNS 2 fields, in which you must press to enter Google's DNS:

 DNS 1: 8.8.8.8
 DNS 2: 8.8.4.4

Once the new DNS are entered, you must click on the Save option so that the new Google DNS are correctly configured. Line up then proceed to restart your Android device and start the PUBG game app to check how now no error is displayed.

Exactly the same thing we must do in the event that we have an iPhone or iPad if we receive “Internet Error” when we want to play PUBG on your iOS device. Obviously, the DNS settings on these Apple devices are different from Android, for which we will have to go to:  Settings> Wifi Network name> Configure DNS Manual> Add server. Here you will have to enter Google's DNS.
