How to import a PST into Outlook 2016 or 2019
We check the PST file that has to be imported:
Once we validate this, we open Outlook:
When accessing this we go to "File - Open and export":
By clicking there we will see the following:
We click on "Import or export" and in the next window we select "Import from another program or file":
Click on Next and select "Outlook data file (.pst)":
We click Next and we will see the following:
We click on Browse to select the PST file and add it:
Click Open and we will see the attached PST file:
There we can select any of the available options to work on the file, we complete the process by clicking Next and we will see this:
