Launched in 2008, the App Store is Apple's official application store for mobile devices (iPhone and iPad). There are a large number of applications and games there. But beware, not all downloads are free. However, Apple offers a tool to display apps but also movies, music and all content purchased from an iPhone..

Do you regularly lend your phone (or tablet) to your child and worry that the latter will make purchases behind your back? Trying to download previously purchased content?

Whatever the reason, Apple offers its customers a complete history (price, invoice date, device used for the purchase, method of payment and order number). This tool can also be used to reimburse you for an accidental purchase or subscription.

I won't teach you anything by telling you that we are spending more and more time on our smartphones. Whether playing, working, listening to music or watching a movie, the choice of Apple stores has never been greater..

Unfortunately, although many applications are free, some games and content require you to pay a few euros to download them. To avoid spending all your money, it's best to keep an eye on your purchases especially if your kids use your iPhone a lot.

  • Open your iPhone settings
  • Click on your name at the top of the window
  • Select the option multimedia content and purchases
  • Enter your Apple account credentials
  • Then click on purchase history

You will then see the list of purchases made from your iPhone during the last 90 days. You will then just have to find the one you want to be reimbursed and click on the report button..

Note that by default, Apple displays the list of downloads made in the last three months. However, by clicking on the button labeled Last 90 days, you will be able to change the date range.

Important detail, you will only be able to view purchases made using your Apple ID. If you have Family Sharing, purchases made by another family member with their own Apple ID won't appear on your phone. It’s a shame.

If you are looking for a method to prevent your children from spending money on the App Store, in this link you will find a method to block In-App purchases on your iPhone. This electronic safeguard will prevent your children from drawing on your bank card.
