In addition to many changes, Windows 11 also switched to an unfamiliar start menu that is placed in the middle of the taskbar. In the previous versions, the menu was traditionally located at the bottom left. Many users report that after a few days of getting used to it, they even get along better with the centered start menu. If you are not one of them, you can simply move the Windows icon back to the left with just a few clicks:

Right click on the taskbar. Then select " System Tray Settings ".

2nd step:

Scroll down until you see " Taskbar Behavior ". Click on it for more options. In the drop-down menu on the right next to " Taskbar Alignment " you must now select " Left ". You can see right at the bottom of the taskbar that the start menu and the pinned apps have moved to the left.

Personalize the start menu in Windows 11
