You want to create a PowerPoint presentation in portrait format or convert an already finished presentation. We will show you how you can bring your presentation to portrait format with just a few clicks and adapt your content to the new format.

Note: The portrait and landscape settings apply to the entire presentation. There is no built-in option to change the format of individual slides. If you really want to use portrait and landscape format in a presentation, you can try this workaround from Microsoft.

1st step:

Open your PowerPoint presentation and go to " Design " in the menu bar .

2nd step:

Click Slide Size, then click Custom Slide Size .

3rd step:

By "you change the slide orientation portrait Select" and " OK to confirm".

Now you have to choose whether you want to " Maximize " or " Scale to fit." The latter option ensures that your content also fits on the slide. Choose one of the two options and your presentation will be in portrait orientation displayed.
