Delete apps from the launchpad

You can easily remove programs downloaded from the App Store using the Launchpad:

  1. Press the [F4] key and the launchpad will open.
  2. Find the app you want to uninstall and then press the [alt / option] key .
  3. Small crosses will now appear on the apps. Click on it and the program will be deleted.
  4. You should then remove the app from the recycle bin so that the storage space is really free. To do this, double-click on the recycle bin in the dock, then right-click on the app you just deleted and then select " delete immediately " in the context menu . Alternatively, you can also empty the entire trash can directly .

Note: If you have not found the relevant program in the Launchpad, uninstall it using the Finder. Instructions can be found below.
