How to delete iPhone contacts

1st step:

Open the Phone app and tap " Contacts " in the lower center . Then go to the name of the person whose number you want to delete.

2nd step:

You will now see the contact information. In the upper right corner, tap on " Edit ".

3rd step:

Now scroll all the way down and tap on " Delete contact ". A window then appears in which you have to confirm again with " Delete contact " that you really want to remove the number.
