You do not need any additional apps to hold a conference call on the iPhone, as this feature is already integrated in your smartphone. How exactly you use the function and start a group conversation is explained here.

How to start a conference call on the iPhone

  1. Call the first person you are speaking to and wait for them to accept the call. Now tap on " Add a call " on the screen of your iPhone to call another person.
  2. Either select the next person to speak to from your contact list , or enter the cell phone number directly.
  3. Now you are only talking to the second participant. To start a conversation with all participants at the same time, tap on " Conference ". All participants are then included in the call. Repeat this process to add more people to the conference call.
